Seeing a lot of great bacon wrapped creations out there lately. Probably the most common is a bacon weave on trimmed, injected, and/or brined pork loin.

At our house, we always look forward to Thanksgiving leftovers. We make all the classics with our leftover smoked turkey, from turkey tom sandwiches, to pulled turkey tacos, and pulled turkey eggrolls.
